Review: Property Broker USA

I signed up Aug 26, 2011 I dealt with Ms Claudette Thompson & was offered quite a nice sum of money to rent out my get a way weeks. Todate I have not received a cent & most times unable to reach her. When I do all I get is excuses. I spoke with James Watson so called manager as well as a person with the first name of Ted & they both told me to be patient there was an error, because of the problems I will be getting compensated. They plan on paying my maintenance & taxes & other B.S. things! However,everying should be corrected in approx 3 - 6 weeks. It is now 5 weeks, & I called again today all I got is an answering machine. I think we have all been scammed! I will be sure to advise if I ever receive any money.

who did you deal with there....mine is in allotment that the paperwork was messed up so i was just curious if they give everyone the run around but i know they are not a hoax or how would they stay in business. can you tell me how long ago and how did it take for your property to sell

these people are scammers i definitely agree...everytime i call i get an answering machine but i refuse to pay anymore money to westgate...they SUCK bigtime! my only fault was upgrading when i should have stayed in the unit I was in. i guess that is a lesson I learned and now that my credit is better it is going to suck now.

You're full of sh**, you probably work for them. They NEVER call you back or answer emails, they give you the run around constantly. They are a BIG SCAM!!! Stay away everyone!!

It doesn't matter the name of the salesperson it's a scam they will not sale your property because it's a Big scam they will never call you and if you do you will never talk with that salesperson again (in my case Bryan Thomas). For one year now I have never get a call since I signed for them and they got my $ 995.00 SHAME ON THEM - I worked hard for my money.

i have been trying to call them for the last 2 weeks and keep getting the answering machine is full...they are sorry. It was too good to be true they are nothing but scammers, next month makes 1 year that i signed up with them i guess they must have shut down operation.

I have been calling them and they don't answer if I talk to my cc holder how can i ask my cc holder to get this money back. thanks

Don't trust them. They are scammers. Do not pay them a dime.

hello everyone I have try to go onto the website but it does not allow me it say their is an error does anybody know what is going on with this people

I talked to someone yesterday and she told me it would be 2 more weeks and i told her if it wasn't then i was going to report them to the attorney generals office.

well finally called and spoke to some girl and she said "oh i am sorry someone was suppose to call you" i don't believe her at all. They now say that the financing didn't go thru. They are just lying and took my money she said she would put it top priority and try to sell it again. Yea right I was scammed that is all to it. Don't anyone take a call from them.

OMG - reading your messages is like a mirroe image of my experience with this company ., I had exactly the same phone call last Friday , and have tried to phone every day since but got no answer !!! We thought it was only us - with phoning from UK , we thought they could pull the wool over our eyes ,,We started this sale last JUNE , now April 2012 -..

no one phoning us, no emails returned,, no letters,,!!!
Does anyone have any other ideads re selling my time share - we first owned at Westgate Lakes in Florida - holidayed there fo a good few yrs then exchanged to Planet Hollywood Las Vegas ,, when our kids grew up
.. The only reason we are selling ir the air fare has gone up so much and we want a change of holiday ,,

So any good companys who will respect me as a seller I would be very grateful for any ideas -

I paid property brokers last july of 2011 for a service that was not fulfilled. Do you think that it is to late for me to file a complaint>

I filed a complaint with the florida business professional regulation. I sent them a copy of my contract with a letter letting them know of what they have not done for me. They just closed my case finding them unfair and deceptive trade practice according to the florida statutes constitutes and advised me to file a complaint with the attoeney generals office for time share resale fraud. Did Fidelity Do what they say they would do? We are about to pay 1900 for the processing fees ect.

DON'T DO IT!! They are a BIG scam and you will not be happy with them. They do nothing but guve you the run around WHEN you can get someone to answer the phone.
