Driver in double-fatal car crash changes his plea

the sentence was as stiff of those he killed and injured. this wasn't his first run at this DWI. he had one a few years back and still carried on as he willed. He will get out at 50 years old and still live more than those he killed. So judge tell me how that is fair.
