Judge is a lunatic...he has his answer (end result) and then he conforms perjury to achive this...he did not even acknowledge the facts of the case...

Plaintiffs testimony on tape: Asbestos all removed. I was their etc. etc. etc.

Then --- Store Owner --- Mary Jo Sullivan: Unequivicly denies on tape: We didn't remove the asbestos. We are not even bonded and licensed to do asbestos removal. Furnishes invoice which she signs as asbestos not removed. She points out that her invoice lists the charge for the mapai and liquid mapai asbestos patch.

Judge rules for Plaintiffs --- HOW BOGUS IS THAT!!!
