Court reverses conviction in Winnett stabbing case

BILLINGS - A 2007 aggravated-assault conviction in a stabbing outside a Winnett bar has been reversed by the Montana Supreme Court, which says the trial judge erred in not dismissing a potential juror.

Not suprised about this at all it seems Petroleum county is officals are not the most honest people you will ever find. I have heard many stories surronding this case. It is suprising that the arresting officer was not even called to testify at the trial.
