St. Lucia sexual predators allow entry into US by State Department

The State Department has issue diplomatic visas to at least three members St. Lucia government ministers, with known history of violent sexual crimes against women. The other an ex convict which has served prison time in the US for drug trafficking, are all members of the St. Lucia Labor Party a pro communist party with strong political ties to Cuba, Venezuela and China. The problem is that diplomatic immunity has come to be used as an absurdly broad cover for sleazy or criminal behavior!

In 2005, Lorne Theophilus, a Saint Lucia lawyer, was arrested and charged with the violent rape of a female colleague. He was denied bail. An appeal against the denial of bail was mounted and the relevant Sections of the Saint Lucia Constitution were invoked.
According to the defense lawyers for Mr. Theophlius, it was unconstitutional to be denied bail in those circumstances. The Court of Appeal allowed his appeal, but the then Attorney General Mario Michel insisted that the denial of bail was not unconstitutional.
The case would however never see the light of another day in court as it is alleged that a hefty sum of money was paid to the victim in exchange for “dropping” the charges. The victim’s affidavit is at the following website:

Lorne Theophilus continued his legal practice in Saint Lucia as if nothing had happened and today he is Saint Lucia’s Minister for Tourism in possession of a diplomatic passport.
Yes he has a valid United States Visas and yes, he can freely visit the United States of America and is guarantee immunity from prosecution for any criminal acts he might engaged in while in the United States and its territories.

Some years before, Claudius Francis, the President of the Senate in Saint Lucia, had also been charged for Rape and was being prosecuted in the courts of Saint Lucia. That case too, never saw the light of the full legal process. For some reason believed to be “outside court settlement” the victim too “dropped the case”.
Today he is on radio pontificating for his dearly beloved Saint Lucia Labour Party. He too holds a diplomatic passport and freely visits the United States of America, and is guarantee immunity from prosecution for any criminal act he might engaged in while on US soil.
Why then Mr. Richard Frederick a government minister and a member of a political party friendly to the United States had his visa suddenly revoked on mere innuendos when he has never been convicted of any crime? Is he a less desirable a visitor than the two who have been charged for violent crimes against women?

Like “curveball” Phillip La Corbiniere, Terrance Leonard, and Ausbert D’auvergne, three dry snitches which dupe the US embassy in Bridgetown Barbados to include the CIA and FBI into believing Minister Fredricks was involved in criminal activity without one iota of evidence to back up their allegation.
The US department of justice must investigate and prosecute the three liars pursuant to under Title18, United States Code, Section 1001, for lying to federal government agents. The US visas should be also revoked!

How can United States allowed itself to become entangled in the local politics of a small country (238 square miles and population of 174,000), and have assisted in dividing our people, many of whom have lost all respect for its foreign policy.
