What is happening to the forums? I must have taken too long of a break off the net over the past week! LOL Ok so here we are again...LETS GO METS!

Whaddya mean 'again'? They've always been NY's team. Always been a national league town here in NY. That'll never change.

I've probably argued with most contributors on the Mets forum. But, it's never disrespectful or insulting. In the scheme of things, this is just Baseball.
We can be passionate & fanatical without vicious attecks on those who disagree with us.

just curious how many posts will it take to make this new forum as low as my sinker...then again, I couldn't throw a sinker; so maybe there's hope.

Omar said that the team is ready for 08. I guess all that was needed was Schneider, Church and Stokes. Start printing up the post season tickets! P.S. Did Willie get a brain from the Great Oz yet?

Speaking of buffoons...I read where the Nats are interested in Estrada. Omar could have done a straight up deal...Schneider for Estrada. If Estrada should end up with the Nats, then what was the purpose of trading Miiledge? Jim Bowden pulled a fast one on Omar.
