This is just an initial set up. The RICOHERD group is being formed. It will be available on 10-17-08.

Though initially composed of mainly members from the vIOXX Plaintiff Education Group (VPEG) it will eventually include include non-Plaintiff individuals which may assist. It's goals will be to help vIOXX victims, and survivors to work together in order to develop both individual and collective RICO litigaion against Merck for the allegaion of a neglectful development environment, deceitful practices to the FDA and the public, and fraudulent marketing to the public and more...

IF you can contribute to the RICOHERD and wish to help us, please consider applying, details to come. This group is very specific as to its goals as will be more fully explaine in the Yahoo Web Site itself. Only individuals 100% respectful can apply. We will not get "into it" with individuals who wish to harass us. We made that mistake a few times, and will simply not do it again. It is a privilige, not a "right" to be part of the group, as those in it will definitely have a leading edge insight on how to proceed with their RICO litigation.

That all said, this is just the first POST to TOPIX. TOPIX will be viewed as a communications vehicle to the outside world, and as such we do expect disrespect here, in TOPIX - but we will be pursing our goals regardless. We we are expecting to still "get the message out" to the public, along with other vIOXX victims and survivors regardless.

Please be respectful on TOPIX. However, we have no control in it, as we will in the Yahoo RICOHERD site.
