Vernon woman held in death

He did have an attorney. Kristi was served with papers when Kati was 5 months old. She got an attorney and and filed back. It went that way till Kati was a little over a year old. Then her family helped her move to Houston to live with her sister and we couldn't find them. We found them almost 2 1/2 years later, and had her served again. She up and left again and was somewhere in the Dallas area. When she came back to Amarillo, we had papers filed with the Atttorney General and my son's hearing was scheduled for Sept 2. Kati was murdered on July 4th., so of courst it was too late. What is wrong with our system is that you can be in the middle of custody battle and one of the parents can take off with the kid with no repercussions. That family hid that baby from us, and I hope they are living with that guilt for the rest of their lives.

I guess You really dont know about the case I do Shes has admitted killing her child 3 times then changes her story if you do some research on this physco woman she was already being investigated by cps in Amarillo way before her boyfriend ever came along.The oldest child had already been taken away from her for similar reasons . stupid

Do you know about his criminal history? I think you should before you speak.
