How could the Wichita Falls City Council have the money to offer to purchase castaway cove water park, but tell the Wichita Falls Fire Departmenat that they have to freeze step pay because they cant afford it?????? The whole council needs to be voted out all replaced and i pray to God that it comes soon. What a kick in the gut to the hard working people that protect this great city.
