17-Year-Old Charged In Windsor Locks Car Burglaries

Police have arrested a local 17-year-old on larceny charges stemming from car burglaries over the last two months, Police Chief John Suchocki said.

Why do you think "adults" recruit minors to sell drugs and commit crimes.
