You people need to stop judging me by the products I sell. They are not the greatest, but that's why their cheap.
I would never judge anyone by the products they sell. I just judge them by the color of their skin, because if they're a n!gg3r, then they deserve to die.

I just found out about the mosby center not long ago and have bought severeal things there. Most everything there is from costco but marked down because it was either a display mdel, dented box or out of season. Very good deals if you check he stuff good.

I did by a DVD player which worked fine but much to my surprise the previous owner left me a surprise "Ass Eaters Anonymous" lit up the screen when I turned it on.

The mosby center is much of what everyone has discribed. Kalvin is not known as a sales guy or a person that puts up will BS from customers. This is partialy due to him knowing he is usually selling it for far less then Costco does. I shop their regularly and have found great deals and some ok deals. It is always an adventure and I have a hard time leaving with nothing.

I have purchased 2 Tv's 3 video cameras a double sink vanity 2 digital cameras several clothing items and countless other small items from the Mosby center. I have no regrets or complaints about anything. I have suggested many of my friends shop there and they have with no problems at all. he is actually doing a favor to the local consumers. Why should you shop at the big name stores and pay the big prices when you can get it from him for much less? I will continue to shop there and if people don't like it then they don't have to go. This is America and we have the freedom of choice. No one is forcing people to shop at the Mosby Center. Stop bitching about it and go spend your money some place else if your not happy...

Yes, owner Neal is racist, argumentative, combative,weird, and very often sells junk or empty boxes. He can be made to give a refund but you have to go there and WITH receipt or NADA. If you shop here it is totally at your own risk so CAVEAT EMPTOR and beware of nasty remarks from Mr. Calvin too. He thinks he is G*d or G*ds gift and thinks NOTHING of Y.O.U. and will TELL you so.

No, this is really and truly an irrational and frequently nasty and PARANOID person. He should be taken off the street where others can be safe from him. Perhaps the store has potential if taken over by responsible SANE persons not subject to weird episodes of brain failure.

#2) It seems to me that "Horrified Disgusted" and "Geoffrey", to name a few, have discovered the internet.
Children, or those of lesser mental stature, usually cover their mouths and giggled like little girls when they amuse themselves. I'm guessing these two reacted much the same when they made the previous posts.
They may not even know who the owner is or where the store is located.

This is the internet.
Anyone can say anything with little fear of consequences.

Have a bad experience? Site an example. Stating that it’s junk or that the owner is rude does nothing to educate a fellow consumer. Which is the purpose for visiting this site right?
No business can even remotely claim 100% client satisfaction and in this world most consumers only speak up when they have a bad experience while remaining quiet when all is well.

Educated people will take these comments for what they view them to be.

From my perspective they’re the work of the feeble minded who felt slighted in some way. Barring the integrity to face the owner himself they turned to the avenue that offered them the most freedom while at the same time providing them anonymity.

I stand by my original post. He sells nothing but junk. In some case he is selling things that have been declared unsafe by the Consumer Product Agency.

Bottom line, Mosby's has deals. You want those deals, you have to face a very bitter, deranged and unstable man. We have been going there for a few years now and have got some great deals but have also have found items marked higher than Costco. Have to do you due diligence.

What bothers me is how he treats his employees. He seems to take some perverse pride in degrading them in front of the customer. They are good people and should be treated with respect.
I don't want to have be a witness to it. He should just take them out back before he starts on them.

loyal customer for over a year and i bought a tv there and went back there to ask for help and he laughed in my face and told me that it was my fault that the tv broke not to mention CALVIN NEAL THE OWNER called me a smartass for asking what quality tv's he sold....i responded by saying i bought 2 tv's from you the first one never worked and the other one lasted 6 months before it needed a new buld and 1 month after that its broken.......calvin is a horrible person many of his employees very much dislike him but

also its funny that people say he's a good person obviously he is gonna be nice when he see's you face to face and the 3yr old tv he paid $300 for now he is selling to you for $1000 but as soon as you leave and ANY problem happens you will see the devil come out in that man

calvin neal the owner will make your life hell if you shop there and question anything even during the sales process ..........if your dumb then you have found a place that would to sell you outdated stuff....

the worst thing i saw there was a open box of condoms for sale with no expiration date on it.......

First time and loved it... Reminds me of Big Lots or Gabriel Brothers.
Got a Sony Blu-Ray, never opened, and not refurbished for $250.00. Retails for alot more elsewhere. While there was some dvd players and tv's that looked a little worn, you cant beat the price. I will be going back, looking for a new home theater!!!
