Meeting for Hillsboro Citizens

When? Monday May 14th @ 7pm
City officials are meeting on Monday May 14th at 7pm to discus the current cutting of staff at HFD. As of today all part timers were advised not to show for there shifts without any notice. By cutting all part time workers they are cutting staffing from 6 per shift to 4 per shift. We fear this is just the start of whats to come. So we are asking for a show of brothers and sisters for the meeting. After the meeting everyone is meeting back at the Hillsboro Fire Department to discus what the next step will be. I don't think council hss any vote in this. This an administration call to give council a balanced budget.
