Wow, something like this actually happened twice in Clark county within a few years of each other and they only have solved the one concerning the Spanish men? I have scanned through these post and why would they let the killer just walk away? Do the WPD and CCS have dealings going on with this killer?

Possibly , but I don't think so. I think there are several people locally that know details of what happened and they in return know that others know what they know as well.
