With all that is happening to the local econmoy why is the local school board so arogant as to not except the lowest bid, they have no reguard for the tax payers of the school district, yet they cry every year that they need more money! It is time for some type of tax revolt and the same people will stand around with their mouths open wondering why. time for a new school board, or send them back to school for a education in common sence.
