FOR THE COMMENTOR WHO SAID HE MIGHT HAVE LIVED IF HE HAD HIS SEATBELT ON,THERE ISNT A LAW THAT SAYS U HAVE TO HAVE YOUR SEATBELT ON BUT THERE IS A LAW THAT SAYS DO NOT DRIMK N DRIVE.THAT U SHOULD THINK ABOUT FIRST.THE GUY IS DEAD .LET HIM REST IN PEACE.

Passenger dies, driver charged in Danbury crash
Jeffrey Cooper, 37, of Danbury, was charged with felony drunken-driving after a Sunday afternoon traffic accident that claimed the life of his passenger, New Hampshire State Police said.
