The paper was from their dining room remodel . They had only carry out delivery at that time. Good pizza

Very good pizza. Even better Italian food. My opinion, best in town.

Good food !- the girls that take your order can screw up a one car funeral ......jack up just about every order they take !!

Was going to disagree with some of the comments posted but as for the last 5 times in a row i have ordered food from here its been totally screwed up - when you cant even get a simple pizza order right 5 times you need to go into another line of work like weather man where its expected to be wrong 90% of the time .......GOOD FOOD PISS POOR SERVICE !!!

Ordered a pizza for P-U, a Wednesday night. Arrived ten minutes later than told it wud b ready. I still had to wait a long time and was finally given a pizza in a box. Was just out the door when waitress called me back coz she told me the pie was not mine! As I waited some more, I realized that they charged me for asking that half the pie not have green peppers and onions(turned out the whole pie didn't) so they returned the money they charged me but forgot to return the state taxes I paid. Waited some more and finally got a pizza and I left quickly. I could understand the confusion if this restaurant was brand new but they only moved to this new location so I can't even make excuses for them. Just a warning if you plan to order from them. BTW, the pizza was OK but hubby and I both agreed that Pizza Hut's is better.

I work there at Rachettis and was there last night. Lady who waited ten minutes, didn't wait ten minutes. Asked what she had ordered and she said she ordered a 16in everything pizza.When in fact, she ordered a 14in everything pizza. She had forgotten what she ordered. Server brought out another everything pizza(wrong pizza, bigger size), but the manager realized it wasn't hers, and corrected the situation. As far as the toppings go, she called back and changed her order. Manager again realized she had been charged for toppings she didn't get(was not corrected on the change of order, was corrected when she got there. Tax she was charged, btw only once, was for the pizza she ordered....so why would the manager give it back??? It's interesting what you people post...half the story, incorrect or facts not even in there....and pizza hut is better????....you know where they are!

I just hope danny fires ALL the incompetent people that cannot get a single order correct, be it in the kitchen or on the counter. And that is fact ! Gotta say i have been taken care of for the mistakes, comp. Pop or desert but this is multiple problems over a short period of time (4 months)
