My husband and I tried to open a Credit Card through AAFES. The company, Experian, Inc. reported no information on us. So our application was refused. We own a house, have a loan on a motorhome, and have a VISA card through National City Bank in OH that we use to charge several thousands of $$$ every month, and it is paid in full automatically every month. How can we not have information? All my phone calls have been in vain. Please respond.
