Which pretty much means it will NEVER be illegal the way this debt is going. And even more peoples keep saying stuff like the the rate of smokers has dropped significantly in the past 10 years and blah blah. Where do these stats come from??? And sadly, does this include underagers starting NOW? Is there some kind of government survey census that asks are you a smoker? I've never seen it. I think those stats are imaginary if you ask me.
