Vic Parpart bulldogs

I have been trying to contact Vic Parpart who has a bulldog ranch in point, tx. He is not responding to my e-mails or phone calls. We have put down a deposit on a puppy, and are suppose to pick him up this weekend. We are coming from out of town, so if anyone has any information please let me know. We do not understand why he is not answering out phone calls or e-mails.

is the dad rocky and mom a light brown and white dog? i baught a pup from him and he told me that the pups are only 6 weeks. and i paid in full so maybe that has somthibng to do with it.he emailed me the other day and said his mom was in the hospital so....

I paid in full for a boy and put a deposit for another boy and girl. He is scaming people because there's not that many pups out of rocky and sunstar I'm taking him to court cause I got receipts.receipts have first pick but now foes not answer my calls.

I put $500.00 down on a pup 1 1/2 years ago. I've been trying to get a hold of him over a year. He strings people along with a sick family member first and then it goes to no response. If your not from Texas good luck filing lawsuit. I'm planning on a vacation to his neck of the woods and then I'm going to get my $500.00 plus out of his hide. Good luck Vic with the medical bills. I'm filling a lawsuit this week if I don't get a response and a pup this week. I'm going for 1200 and 500 dollar and 1000 for court costs and hard times that I went through cause he jacked my money, I got receipts. It maytake a few months to get my money back but it will b worth it. To anyone else beware of vic parparts American bulldog ranch don't even think about buying a dog from him.

I paid $1,500 in full as somone vouched for him for a very special looking puppy. Now that I am supposed to pick it up this weekend, the return calls and emails stopped about a weeek ago. If this is a scam, he has messsed with the wrong person because this is theft and with the $1,5000 plus overnight fees is a felony amount and I was District Attorney in this South Texas for 12 years. If he is scamming, I can promise everyone, this will be the very last time.

After writing this morning and calling Mr. Parpart, he called me almost immediately and assured me that all things are in order. We are going to exchange the dog next weekend. I always give the benefit of the doubt and intend to do so with him. I also told him about the complaints on this page and encourraged him to write and address them. He said he would. Thanks

Ha funny he said he would yeah right. I talk to him this week and tried to arrange a agreement to give me a female from superstar n rocky which was born on July 9. He only had two females left from this breeding. But I paid in full for a 1st pick male out of this breeding which he sold to someone else and tried to blame me for it. Well he agreed but I wasted a trip because when I get there he sent his daughter out to try to give me a different pup to which we agreed on. The pup was born on July 1st and out of rocky n sadie. I turned it down and gave vic a second chance to give me the right pup and now ignores calls and emails. So filing the law suit and civil suit it is. I was warned by another breeder just to file a law suit cause he'll try to give me just any pup to get out of the jam. If you go there you'll see what I'm talking about he's going out of business call other kennels in Texas and ask them. So be carefull when you go get a pup make sure it's what you paid for. A warning to everyone don't even think about buying a pup from him. I'm going to call nkc to try to stop vic from registering his dogs.

Vic Parpart is a crook and scam artst. Ask people in the American Bulldog community, and the consesus is that he is a rip-off master.

I had to sue one of his friends and a lawsuit is almost done.

Make sure you file with the Better Business Bureau.

VIC doesnt even own dogs..He is scamming people.

There is no Rocky or the other dog he is talking about.

I saw a message on a board where a COP is asking for information on him. Do some research and you can find it.

Its a scam.. I had some of his dogs and he tried to intimidate me because Im a woman. Vic has been arrested for Marijuana and I would suggest you guys contact his county sherriff and let them know. If he doesnt come thru with the deal then I would contact the Rains County Sherrif .

Trust me I am a very reliable source. Parpart is a piece of **** and has been arrested. He never does anything with his dogs. His daughters do all the work, feeding, shots, watch puppies,etc. All he does is tell any new buyer what they want to hear so he can get your money. Onc he gets money he avoids phone calls. He switches litters and tells people they are out of a certain dogs but they are not. I would not do business with him and I would not send him a dime.

Vic is broke dick drug dealer that HAD some good looking dogs but he does not have any dogs any more so do not mess with him or you will get screwed.

I met with Vic and received my puppy on Labor day. It was the puppy I paid for and the NKC paperwork is all in order. He kept his word to me is all I can say and the puppy I received was the one I had been send pictures of, and was from the right litter. The puppy is incredible and has a great disposition and perfect confirmation.

I may have gotten my dog, which I did get and am perfectly thrilled with, as I was an assistant dist attorney and threatened criminal charges and was ready to press them. FYI, Vic sold Rocky, which used to be Parpart's Viper Rocky to Bulllwynns who changed the name to Bullwynn's Rocky. This was in May and I checked it out with the owners of Bullwynns. Rocky had one Mating in May before he was sold. I am not taking up for him and would not vouch for him but I posted so I thought I would followup and let everyone know I got the puppy I paid for and the puppy is amazing.

Some people posting here may have legitimate gripes no doubt, but some are just posting crap ithout knowing a thing. Like I said, I personaly checked out the Rocky issue with the new owners and the NKC and it is on the level.

You make think you got a dog out of a certain sire/dam. But I guarantee you that he lied to you. I will put money on it. Why not go to your vet and ask for blood to be drawn and then go down to Bullwynns and compare to Rockys.

Not trying to down you but this guy is a fraud who paper hangs all day long. A quick blood test is cjeap and that will prove all. My husband may know of somebody who can do it for you.

I will put any amount of money on it you want that the Rockk's match up. It is the same dog. I confirmed it with Bullwynns as they acquired their Rocky from Vic Parpart in May of 09 and changed his name. The NKC confirmed it and it is in the registry. SO if you want to bet money, bring it and don't be cheap. I'll put $5,0000 on it bud. I seriously doubt you have that kind of money but my research skills are good as I was in law enforcement for many many years. Once again, I am not saying he has not messed over people in the past, just that the dog I purchased was out of the "Rocky" I desired and if you are so certain, lets put some serious money on it. If not, drop it on this one please.

Give me an email address for you. I will pay for the test. Not to prove you wrong but more to put this crook in jail. Let me ask you this, how are you so certain --because he told you so. This guy is a complete liar and I have FACTS that will state that Rocky is not your dogs father. On your paperwork it may say that but Im more than certain that they are not. I was talking with a guy on a board and VIC tells everyone that Rocky is the father of dogs. Im telling you that Vic hasnt bred Rocky since the start of this year. And thats a fact.

Im not trying to hurt your feelings but more trying to help you out. I have gathered alot of stuff on Vic and soon he will be gone for all the bad he has done. This message right here just shows that Vic is lying to people.

that quote above is a message that he sent someone way after Rocky was gone from his place. Do you get what Im saying? He is lying to people and I know for a fact that he didnt breed Rocky to any dogs after the month of March of this year. Now if you want to put some money on it then I cant do that becuase of the circumstances (you will understand once I talk to you) and I will pay for the blood test. Actually the unit will pay for it... do u get my drift.
