Arrest made in fatal crash near Willows

A Paradise man was killed Wednesday afternoon when a van driven by a woman suspected of being under the influence of prescription medications rear-ended his vehicle on Highway 162, east of Willows.

Could the prescription medicine been pot, medical marijuana, wink wink? I hope they are considering this possibility in all accidents and hope the insurance companies also take note.
