Three suspects arrested after fatal shooting in Texas County

I have read all the posts. They will be sentenced to 10 years and it will be reduced to 7. The time they have spent in jail will be applied to the 7.

I would say the death penalty would be appropriate for all three.Lets pray justice prevails.

the geises are my friends and basically my family. unless u no exactly wat happened that night, which unless u were ther u dont, then dont assume about wat happened that night. u nor any1 besides god needs to judge wat the sentance and price should be for this crime, which started as a misunderstanding but as can happen with anything, it got out of hand.

and the newspapers contradict themselves on the story so u cant just assume that wat they say is fact and set in stone. 1 of my sisters dated tommy, 1 of them dated andrew, and one of them is still dating the boys' oldest sister. i am one of the closest ppl to them. i no wat happened that night. i got it from three sides of the story. im sorry 4 the losses but it is over with. we cant change the past but we can look 4ward to and embrace the future. in doing this and in watching our actions we can insure this kind of thing doesnt happen in our own lives again.

I think death penalty is aproperate for them. They murdered Travis Walker...plain and simple. Ya we might not know everything that went on that night but they have to pay for what they did!

I totally agree...you can white wash anything but the fact still remains...THEY KILLED SOMEONE!!!Doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that! Your their friend?????????? Better not make them mad! Theyre other ways to settle disputes...I know that my parents couldnt force me to kill someone!!!!!!!!

And another thing.......you say it's over with? I beg to differ;I bet his family does'nt feel that way..THIS WAS A LIFE!!!!!!! They have a great loss that can NEVER be replaced over a couple of guys on a power trip!

Like YOU said unless you were there dont judge.....and you werent there either.they can tell YOU whatever they want but that doesnt make it true.

Hmmm I always see that SUV driving around with the RIP Travis Walker thing...now I know whats up with it, for awhile there I thought maybe they had an inside track on a sequel to The Rundown :-)

I don't believe this is how things were...I spent most of my time with travis's famile after all this happened i've known them for years ever since they moved here! Ya know they aren't going to lie! OR tell gossip like you all like to say! i believe he was shot in the back of the car where is girl held him til he passed away with them standing there refusing to let them take him to the hospital! there was also a cop who got there and refused to let anyone in or out whiile this boy was dying! he was like my brother! i loved him dearly so i hope the three who did this spend their lives in peison where they belong! his sister even went to thier house and asked about her brother and they told her that he was sent to the hospital and would be fine then she saaw his feet hanging out of the BACKSEAT door where it was let open when they made everyone leave! but this boy beat travis with the gun then shot him! so why don't you get your facts right!

They maybe your friends but he was my family! And they didn't kill everyone there so you can bet that the rest of us Family know what went on...One thing is certain these people need to feel the pain and suffering we have all felt all they have done is lie but it will come back and around to them I want them to sit there and watch eachother die for what they have done!
