Older pumps can't keep up with gas prices

Might as well upgrade them to handle $9.999 a gallon.I think the economy stops at $10.00/gal.

It is like a big family when you shop at Indianola Market. Shelly constantly tries to do right by her customers. Plus the hot dogs are divine!

i totaly agree i live in eureka so i cant get out that way as much as i would like too but i can tell you that i absolutly love those doggies they are so cute and everyone just must try those polish dogs shelley sells out there!! omg you taste them all day but boy are they yummy. lol an the gas prices are a good thing too no matter the reason why. although i didnt know that was the reaason and i am sorry shelley is loosing money there :(

Make sure to buy someting else in the Market until she can get this situation fixed. Shelly always has some of the lowest priced gas without needing some sort of membership to get it.

I remember this little hate kid dressed in black that's never be slapped before wanted to try and take a swing at me when I said back then that it was a serious mistake to let two oil men into office... I want to apologize to him because I was wrong.. To be correct I should have said one oil man and one war profiteer.

This is one for keeping up with the times. I guess a couple years ago, no one imagined the current fuel price increase.

The local business may not be making any money off the fuel pumped, but I bet the original fuel distributer is.

You know, it's funny. People like to blame the president for everything, but the real reason for the crappy economy began when the democrats took over congress. Think about it, and do your civics/economics homework... They are the ones really controlling it all now, and it has gotten no better. No, the "federal reserve" is behind the downturn like all central banks do when fiat money is printed.

Bring back the GOLD STANDARD and watch the government be bound to keep balanced books- this sole reason is why the Shadow Government has slowly taken all the metal bacing of the dollar and why you'll even see copper pennies leave, just silver left the coins in 1965 after Kennedy was killed by the federal reserve for trying to abolish private bankers creating a fiat currency.

Come on people! Gas keeps going up because there are more people on the planet using the stuff! There is a finite supply of oil and they powers that be know this, hence the price keeps going up! Simple! We are all going to have to change our driving habits and what we drive, or soon we will be back to horse and buggy. That might not be so bad!

I have a question: If the market is truly free, how is it that in this time of "scarcity" the oil companies are posting record profits this year which greatly exceed last year's record profits? Does anyone else feel their pocket being picked?

Don't whine about your pocket being picked. You chose to live with a thief. Get off your arse and take the bus or ride your bike or walk, and show up at public meetings demanding better public transit. Until that day comes, I laugh at you and your feeble ramblings about gas prices.

Word-up all bike riders, the theft of bikes is way up! Go get a better than cheapest bike lock.
If you need to go less than a mile walking would be good! The weather is summer like now.
