Levi Johnston 'A Nice Redneck From Alaska' via Switzerland (LetMeGetThiStraight 2002-2009)

Full story: letmegetthistraight.com

The Swiss have a six century tradition of neutrality when it comes to war or taking a positions between opposing factions. It came as a surprise to us to read in a mainstream Zurich, Switzerland news journal an article titled ' A nice Redneck from Alaska .' The article focus upon the feud between heartthrob ex-hockey player Levi Johnston the father of Alaska's ex- Governor and former Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin's grandson. The Swiss as well as Europeans in general we assumed were removed far from discourse about the happenings in Wasilla, Alaska however this article in ' Tages Anzeiger '(conservative newspaper) debunks our generalization of indifference between the two continents. Read the original article in German here or the Google translation in English . It appears that Levi's appeal is far reaching much more so than the grandmother of his infant son. The author of the article calls Sarah Palin a 'Dragon' which is a perfect description of the former beauty queen. Levi is described as a likable guy and encourages him to pen a tell-all book and to pose in ' Playgirl .' In other word's go for it Levi broaden your horizons because you are only young once. Of course on a personal note we too would love to see what is in Lev's Levis. A Lemon Meringue ' Baked Alaska ' is an appetizing desert by all our culinary experiences . Stay Tuned.

This is too funny. Looks like the entire world wants to see Levi out of his Levis. Even though he's super fine, IMO, the biggest turn-on about him is he's taking on Sarah Palin and winning. That'll give anyone, man or woman, gay or straight, a stiffie.

Isn't he cute in his little football uniform, Giving sage opinions of his almost mother in law. Straining every moment in the collective wisdom of his eighteen or so years, for the right words to describe her. What clarity! What eloquence! What an effect a well placed "Duh" can have on a conversation! The media has found the chink in the Palin family armor in this opinionated brat. They'll bleed him for "facts" about Mrs. Palin, which a hungry populace will gobble up as truth. When the public begins to become sated with it all, the stories of the decadence of the Palin family will become even larger to whet our appetites. Then this media monster will be washed up and, thankfully dry up and blow away. Stay tuned!
Regards, Terry

That's the classic thing which I'm guessing went right over your head. Here we have an 18 year old kid who's going head-to-head with someone who was a Vice President and is not only holding his own against her but putting her six feet under. Most of this country realizes what a crack-pot Palin is and it's exactly why we're cheering him on and exactly why most of us would love to see him disrobe. His looks might have been enough but what he's managing to do to this pig-in-lipstick is something most of us relish since Palin is 100% fake. Just look at her "abstinence only" bullshite campaign paired with her pregnant daughter...

What is your problem Tom since it sounds personal? One could only guess but I bet it'd be right on the money. Funny how you're guilty of your own sarcasm.

I hear that WalMart just got in a new shipment of Sense of Humor. Perhaps you could run out and get one?

Well seeing you obviously shop at WalMart and can't tell the stuff they sale is total bunk then no thanks, I already picked up one a long time ago at Target. Check your receipt, Tom, because you might want to think about a possible refund if it's not too late.

You've been rude to me before without cause so if you want to match wits I highly suggest you check the expiration date on yours first.

It'd be pretty funny if he took it off for "Playgirl". I'd bet coffee and a bagel that it's readership is 90% gay men...

Awww poor little Tom. I know exactly what your problem is. Let me guess, people kinda look right over you when they're next to you and don't even see who you are. No wonder you're so bitter.

If this what you call humor? Lemme guess, you also shop at Wal-Mart...

btw, do you know how to get a straight guy to sleep with you? You make him giggle like a girl. Now, lemme ask you how many straight guys have you slept with? The last 3 guys I've been with have all claimed to be straight. When you can make someone giggle please come back and enlighten us. Oh wait, I forgot. You're hanging out with people like Tom who's main source of laughter comes from reading the daily comic pages. Get a clue.

Dude, she just came up with the dumbest list of slogans for Pepsi and Coke. It was by far the unfunniest attempt at homor I've seen. Lemme guess - all you guys made quite the crowd at the nerd table in high school.

I'd have to bet you on that one and say it's about 95%. He's been saying he doesn't mind having a gay following but I can assure you his PR person his advising him the last thing he want to do is piss of the gays.
