Didn't do it on purpose!!!
Did drink and smoke pot on purpose, but, the two aren't related.
Throw the book at her. Her stupidity killed a child.
When will people start realizing that their actions have a reaction. When you pick up a drink, you must be held responsible for what happens afterwards. When you choose to smoke Pot, you've already taken the 1st step to jail.
My sympathy is for the child and the families affected by this idiots choices.

if this girl was drinking and smoking pot maybe the babies parents were too, what kind of parents take their children to a pot and beer party?
