Pet store owner accused of selling sick puppies

She still at it and today is Aug 9, 2008. If you research wwwstopdixiepups.com you will find alot of information regarding this breeder. Most of the puppies are from Argentina and not from her own stock. You will also find the names of many who have file and won judgements against her and she still have not pay or replace the puppies that have died from pravo, or had cocidisco, and had ringworms, etc.

In fact the buyer in some case their pets because he new purchase puppy had the virus and it was tranfer from the puppy brought from this breeder. District Attorney has many cases file against this breeder.

Anyone considering on purchasing a puppy from this breeder is advice to reconsider and to research this breeders honesty before getting a puppy from her. Also, her husband and other family member are in the business of selling puppies.

today is August 18th and some web site have been inform about this so call breeder, and some have deleted her ads from their site. Stil working on find more to let them be inform what type of character she and her associates are.

Good for them, more needs to be done so that she will be blackball from selling her puppies from Argentina, she has now put the ad under a new new, just look for the contact tony, armando suotullo, her ad generally say the same thing and have the same pictures of the puppy. How strange month after month and they donn't grow any.

Today is Sepember 9, 2008 and still have not receive my refund for the puppy I purchase from Julie Soutullo, Armando Soutullo and Tony Jaques.
Puppy died on July 2nd this year. She keep telling buyers the check is in the mail, I guess she mail the check via pony express or wgaon train.

She a lier, theive, fruad, and a doesn't even pay her taxes for selling the puppies, and she files tax form in fake names.

MIAMI (WSVN)-- Authorities seized a pet store after the owner is accused of selling sick puppies.

According to officials, 52-year-old Julie Soutullo, owner of Poochie Koochie in Aventura, has not followed Florida's Pet Lemon Law. Soutullo is being accused of bringing puppies from puppy mills in South America. Experts say puppies that cost $10 in Argentina, can be sold here for a $1,000. "This woman has a history of selling sick animals and just tearing people's families apart. It's horrible. And we're very pleased today to be here and be in the process of just shutting her down," said Kathleen Labrada, Animal Services Investigator.

Soutullo was selling animals without the official certificate of veterinary inspection, officials said. One of her clients, Lee Aken says he bought a puppy for his children from Soutullo, and it died a day and a half later. "And devastating. I mean, here you bring home a puppy. They want to play with it. They're looking at it and they can't get near it. I'm keeping it alive, i'm keeping it away from them because there's something wrong," said Aken. At the pet store, agents say they found medicine for treating sick puppies.

The Department of Revenue seized boxes of records and computers. According to the search warrant, the state suspects the failure to pay sales tax, file returns and the filing of false or fraudulent returns.

Authorities say before Soutullo opened Poochie Koochie, she operated Dixie Pups. Both businesses have generated multiple complaints.

Someone told me that they saw on the news that she Julie was finally arrested for all the dead puppies. I too was a vitim of Julie's sick dogs when she was located in Hallendale, FL... Is it really true that she was allowed to open up a new store? When I called Tallahassed to report her when my pup died, they knew all about her. They said they have been trying to get her for years, but cant. They also know that she gets her pups in from other countires, yet they still allow her to bring them in.
Was she really finally arrested?
