I thought that people in Floyd County and surrounding areas would at least attempt to talk to me,really,I'm just saying anything on here to get someone to talk to me.I still consider myself a new resident,I have been living in Floyd County for about 5 years now.I'm finding people who will wave at me and greet me but never actually talk.

C'mon Floyd,will you talk to me?,I promise I won't bite.
