Kim,

Rick's friends are helping students in our community attend college. Whether or not you liked Rick is beside the point. His friends feel good about doing good. What are you doing to help the community?

"Final Jeopardy" theme playing in the background... lol
I think it's a wonderful cause... tho I dont do the run, I make a personal contribution to the scholarship fund, as I do to the Fall Run. Good people doing good things for people. Thats the way it should be !

I volunteer 6 hours a week to my community every week. I am involved with santa fund and the various christmas events for children. that is only the beginning. It is none of your business. Like I said, I have let it go perhaps you should too. You cannot tell me who to like and dislike. I am allowed my opinion whether it is liked by you. I have a job, I have to get back to work... good day saucy.

I didn't tell you who to like and dislike, I understand you are allowed your opinion whether I like it or not, and I myself have a job to get back to also. I was only saying you shouldn't come on a forum that is to celebrate the good people want to do for their deceased friend and trash it. It's rude and disrespectful! I've let it go but you keep coming on her putting in little digs. Good day Kim Richards.
this is insane

If this charity ride was centered around a deceased family member of mine and it became cause for deleterious public banter like this, you can bet EVERYBODY involved would have to lawyer up pronto.
This is sad and nuts and very, very hurtful in a small town. New England Newspaper shouldn't allow any news article involving a recently deceased local person to be included in the comment zone here on Topix.
