Williamston Residents Advised To Boil Water

I often feel I should boil the water, even if there is no broken main. The water has so much of a chlorine smell it almost makes our eyes water when we turn on the faucet. We drink both bottled and filtered water, but wouldn't dare drink it from the faucet. Our hair itches after showering in it. Big Creek always tells us it's because they're flushing the lines.

i am visiting in Virginia, Portsmouth to be exact want, talk about bad water, well try this up here. compared to water there in Williamston,S.C. Williamston's water is the best drinking water i have ever drank. To me it is clean clear and a very good taste. All you need to do is let it run a bit from the faucet to flush out some from where it has been sitting in the pipes. I wish i had brought some up here to Virginia while i am here taking care of my brother's house while he is in China. I really miss my water there. i have to buy it up here and boil it here to. Every one has to. Tell me something, Why pay for such bad drinking water? I heard it is all in what we get use to. hummm i wonder sometimes about the old saying .. it's in the water...could that be possible???
