Many times when people are arrested they do not have their medication. They tell the jail that they take medication and the jail does very little to get them their medication. You could be insulin dependent and falsely arrested and die in jail because they will do little or nothing to get you your medication.

Maybe they should behave themselves and conduct themselves like someone who has some sense and then they could be at home to take their medication. Their loss.

Rico was already in the medical ward at the time of his "attack". The authorities were doing all they could to help him. He must have already been extremely ill at the time of his arrest. I wonder if the corpse was evaluated for the presence of drugs such as cocaine which are known to cause cardiac arrests and violent behavior such as spousal abuse? I would hope the authorities will elaborate more on this as a factor or not...

did you mean to say "alleged" wife beater? He has not has his day in court and I don't know of any precedent in which a corpse was tried and convicted in the U.S., only during the Catholic Inquisition. But that was a long time ago...

Come on...Peninsula Regional Jail is a community center....sort of. Free housing, meals, medical, cable and dont forget the group activities.
