Taser rounds???? Why not lead hollow-point rounds from a .40 pistol ????? Those Tasers should be removed from service and hauled to the dump.

R U suggesting that the CHP officers SHOOT the suspects? Then the officers would be up for what ... manslaughter, attempted murder. Unfortunately no matter what, the officers would be charged with something. Tasers are used to subdue suspects and they hurt like h**l and most often do the job. Good job, CHP and Orland PD. These guys were running from something they'd done wrong!
