Man jailed for sharing opinion on justice system

Judge, your not living in Nazi Germany. Get American or get out. We dont need power hungry idiots in our court systems.

They ask the man for his open and honest opinion during a jury selection interview, not an actual court case - then they jail him for it. Judges should not be sitting in on those interviews.

I would have thrown his dumb ass in jail for longer than 24 hours. What a dumb shit.

Freedom of speach is no longer a inalienable right of an American citizen. These communist judges rob Americans of this right.

I agree with Jutz. Cops lie all the time. So do judges, prosecutors, lawyers, state agency representatives, AND defendants. I have seen it in cases all over the country. Justice in America is based entirely on who's lie society chooses to believe. Something not only Jutz, but every American should be outraged about !!!!!

To express this fact, in or out of the court is not a violation of the law. I think it's time for a Walworth County judge to sit in the pokey for awhile, for violation of Jutz's rights to free speach.

People need to march on the courthouse and demand that this judge be removed from the bench, and force him out to restore democracy, and the right to free speach in Walworth County.

Judge Gibbs will be up for election soon. People who oppose the Little Napoleon must vote and send a message. There are qualified,more intelligent and reasoned men and women who would make a better judge. All the rhetoric is just that. Vote and remove Judge Gibbs.

Judge Gibbs is a great judge and is the best judge in Walworth County. If any judge needs to go its Judge Race, that sack of shit needs to have a heart attack and die already.

Judge Gibbs has announced he is not running for re-election.Apparently Kennedy has also announced he will not run again. The District Attorney, who has a very poor record probably won't run. So, who's going to run?

Somehow I have a very hard time thinking that what is going on in Tampa Florida is the same as Elkhorn Wisconsin. I have been to Tampa/St.Pete and it is a whole lot different than Elkhorn. I walk from downtown St Pete to the baseball stadium and it was the biggest freak show of drugs and homeless people I have ever seen. You ought to aleast visit somewhere before you criticize.
