"Curious" you are a BRAVE SOUL! Don'tcha know the ER SCREW CREW and CCSO are best buddies? Starting a thread with this title?!! U CRAZY?? You gonna have CCSO bustin down your door every week and you'll have 'em in your rearview everytime you go to the grocery store!

God forbid the hard working folks of Coffee County USE their GOD-GIVEN right to express their opinion! Besides if no one talks about it, it'll all go away. That'll work about as well as ignoring a cancerous tumor.

I'd like someone to list whatever subjects we, the people, are ALLOWED to talk about, please. I'm ready to do like most other Coffee Co. folks. I'll kiss the Bill of Rights goodbye, won't see 'nuttin, won't hear 'nuttin' and for CHRIST SAKES, won't speak 'nuttin'! Heil Heck! Heil Pope! Just tell me which way I'm suppose to salute, bow and scrape, would ya?

And you can bet it's senior management along with the PR rep. It must be so embarassing to them that they've let numerous great nurses & other employees leave as this type behavior is tolerated. CRMC preaches how lifestyle & conduct off the clock (and on the clock) matters. They preach quality care & customer servive as they allow slackers/deadbeats/homewrecker s/sloppy caregivers to remain year after year. It's a shame, poor management continues.--- I've always heard many managers become complacent after a few years & think they're untouchable. Personally, I like George- but it's time he make some urgent needed changes.---- I will add I understand there are many CRMC employees who give 100%- as they go unrewarded & barely noticed. And it's those very employees who keep CRMC running.

management suck at coffee regional in almost every department. they are always preaching be nice,be respectful,be helpful,smile when greeting customers and employees. but then you get management that you can't even get them to speak unless you are considered important in their book. same with some of the so called nurses with those internet license. if the nurses would stop worrying about each others business and be more concerned about whats going on in their homes then less of them would be getting would be getting divorced. they can't keep their man happy because they are to busy trying to make others life miserable. those are the same ones that is always talking about GOD and im saved

Some people just do not know how good they have it. I've learned a long time ago, you can't make people happy, they are the only ones that can control that. Coffee Regional is a fine hospital full of wonderful people that make differences in peoples lives everyday. Sounds like management needs to give all the unhappy employees an OPPORTUNITY to be unhappy somewhere else.

People need to stop gossiping and mind their own business. Everytime I've had to spend time at the hospital, either as a patient or a visitor I have always been treated well by both doctors and nurses. I like Dr Moorman and would recommend him to anyone.

There are some good health professionals at CRMC, but you have to be lucky enough to have one assigned to you when having to be at the hospital. Otherwise, you may get someone who is more interested in sex in the hospital(ER mostly)and/or downright complacency which can lead to pure downright neglect. I, to strongly question the competency of CRMC management especially with respect to maintaining control of maverick staff and maintaining good morale and professional behavior. The nurses especially, are governed by Practice Acts which if not complied with can mean a nurse may not be a nurse much longer if a violation of the Act is observed, seen via documentation or otherwise noted. There are excellent nurses such as Joycelyn and her soon to be nurse Tim (her husband) seem to have the right stuff. We shouldn't have to put up with laxadasical, indifferent nurses who seem to be there for a paycheck and unload personal frustrations on sick patients having bad days themselves, especially ER visits. Its' bad enough to be humilated by the emphasis on insurance cards (or lack thereof) muchless be downtrodden by rude staff in the ER.

Again.....the unhappy should have the opportunity to be unhappy someplace else. Rudeness should never be tolerated. PERIOD!

CRMC has come a long way since their Customer Service initiative started a couple of years ago. This is a continual process.

I just heard on the news that this is the first graduation year where job placement for nurses is NOT guaranteed. There are plenty that would love the chance to work for CRMC.
Tell me when this thread is updated!
