I had drug dealers move in from Philadelphia next door to me. It is a rental, with an absent landlord. The drug dealing got bigger and more frequent, and the police said they would keep an eye on them.
I put up surveilance cameras on my home to record their activity and they were gone in three months.
No more bad people woud move in, finally an older couple moved in and feel safer with my cameras watching their doors along with my home exterior...

Especialy one that pays more than dealing. Not to mention that a good job is earned, not given. And one must give up a great deal of their party time for a real job.
