It is important to know that Relentless is in fact a criminal himself. John co-owns a business with his brother Brian. John was arrested last year for theft and deception when he stole money from a person he contracted to do work for. This was a publicized case because John AKA Relentless was very vocal in the Wilkes-Barre community regarding crime and is also the founder of crimemarch. He was in fact snitched on himself. Below is a copy of the article. Pleased be warned. John has been making threats to make false statements to law enforcement in order to have people he does not like arrested. He has lied about a number of issues and as you can see law enforcement is not happy with him or his group. John has continued to urge people to snitch on others and avoiding the fact that he, his group and members are liable in civil court for damages caused to anyone that is arrested and later found innocent. He has no understanding of the judicial system and laws regarding drug conspiracy. He fails to inform members that snitch on suspected drug dealers that law enforcement can and will make an arrest based on nothing more than a statement from a snitch and no other evidence of drugs at all. John is not the type of person that anyone should trust or take any advice from what so ever. If you do listen to him and fail to realize that he has mislead you then you can and will be financially liable for damages that you cause anyone found innocent after an arrest.

“John Dehart, well known for standing on street corners waving a sign with slogans such as "report a drug dealer," was arrested April 20 by Hanover Township police on a warrant issued by Philadelphia police.
Dehart, a 37-year-old contractor, is accused of taking money for a job and never doing the work. The Hanover Township man, who moved to the area about 20 months ago from suburban Philadelphia, said his arrest was a big misunderstanding."My attorney is working on clearing me of any charges," he said."I expected this to be a civil matter because of the circumstances. I never stole anything from anyone and never would." In January, Dehart organized a group called Citizens Against Crime, which he says has about 20 members. In recent months he could often be seen on a street corner waving a sign urging residents to report drug dealers by calling the phone number listed for that community's police department. Some, including the Hanover Township Crime Watch, have criticized Dehart for his methods. But he said he didn't care and remains proud of his group."My organization works and has produced results," Dehart said Friday."I've always had honest and genuine intentions with my mission to rid the area of drug crimes and I will continue to follow through with this mission as soon as possible." Dehart said his arrest has been embarrassing for him and his family."I am concentrating on putting my family back together."

It is important to know that those concerned about the harm John Dehart is doing to innocent people will not stop informing the public regarding him until he, his business, and those that follow his questionable practices are sued and held liable for any person that is arrested and found innocent of a crime that was wrongfully reported by these people or until John Dehart is back in prison where he belongs. We are activly working now to assist anyone recently arrested and as stated by Dehart was informned on by his group, in filing legal suites against he and his organization. We hope that some of the first group of people will be released and charges dropped soon in order to proceed. In the event we have to wait for trials to take place we will do so in the pursite of justice. Dehart and his group will have to face civil suite cases and will be held liable.

I tried many times, each time I was told that the police would have to buy three times from the dealer before they could bust them. We finally went to the landlord and had them evicted.

As for solid probable cause, I had license plate numbers and times, most of the buyers were there less than 1 minute, the supplier drove a Cadillac and showed up about twice day, handed a brown paper bag out the window and left. The young societies finest would beat the pit bull puppies with a stick while they walked around with weights tied to their necks. Animal control would drive by three hours after they were called. I even thought about shooting a flaming arrow through their front door. But in the end they were evicted, now the house has been vacant for three years.

Charle, Do not listen to the person going by the name Relentless. He is a criminal and thief. He is John Dehart. Below is a description of him from his website.
It is our mission to be Relentless in our pursuit to push Drug Dealers out of our Neighborhoods by reporting them to our Police. It is also our mission to assist Drug users to get the help they need. Our Mission is simple: We are here to assist our Police and to be their eyes and ears. This country is Great and we want to help keep it that way.
Our Founder and Organizer is a caring and Honest Individual who cares about keeping our streets safe for all of us. Father of four children, His desire for safe streets is shared by many other parents. John J. DeHart (Founder) is a Police Academy Graduate, Air-Force Inlistee and Criminal Justice Major. His intentions are Genuine and Relentless. Lets Help spread his message of Hope"
He says he has a criminal justice degree and police academy graduate and is a caring and honest father of 4.
It does not tell you that last year he was arrested and convicted for stealing money from elderly people. It does not tell you that the state of PA would not allow him custody of his 4 children. He is misleading the public and honest peole like you. If you need any legal advice consult an attorney but DO NOT believe anything this convicted thief says.

Wow, I understand your frustrations I would feel the same way if I were you. At least they were evicted and Thank God for that, right? Sometimes it seems there is nothing being done and sometimes that is the case one reason is because the problem WITH DRUGS is just so LARGE! All we can do as citizens is keep doing what you did, write down information and feed it to our police and hope for the best. Always try to remain anonymous for your safety!
Our Police are doing their best and give them the respect they deserve.. it is a dangerous situation as you know when it comes to drugs and drug dealers.

Stay safe and keep up the good work and reporting drug dealers.. together we can make a difference!

We have been slandered and situations twisted way out of proportion in order to try tomake us look bad.. but charlie, IT DON'T WORK! LOL.. THEY KEEP TRYING BUT IT DON'T WORK AND NEVER WILL!

check out our message from our state police which was directed to me! visit www.crimemarch.com and click the link that says.. note from our state police.

The information about john dehart is true. This is a bad man, a criminal. He is telling you things to do that only law enforcement should do. He has endangered people that listen to him. He will end up in jail again and also at the end of many law suites. We are working very hard to assist persons that dehart snitched on that are infact innocent, with the filing of civil suites against he, his organization, and his business, which the organizzations website is registered to. We will not stop until he is brought to justice.

I don't know about this John Dehart guy but whatever his gig it doesn't have any bearing on the crappo buyers that leave trash in front of my home and loiter late at night in front of my home.

Truth is, I am a libertarian when it comes to things like drug use. However, I become a raging fascist when people crap on me. It's amazing, I wouldn't even give a crap if these jackasses were considerate. Let them rot in the bowels of hell or short of that, in a jail cell.

These guys don't know how to "party" without causing somebody else problems. It makes me dream of major amounts of unfettered police brutality to the point of death. I'll piss on these druggie's corpses when my dream-police are finished with them..

At least Michigan does something about drug dealers. Low income housing in Ohio promotes it and allows it. Where can a person go to get help to get a drug dealer out of low income housing when no one cares?

Where can someone in NY call to report a small dealer who preys on his so called friends' habit? If I were the freind I would be more concerned about helping and not keep selling to him, but this man is making money off "his friend" as well as making money for his next up dealer. Any help, I want this to be totally confidential cause the "user friend" is my boyfriend and I want to help him but not get him busted, just the higher ups that are promoting his habit.

Crime Fighter Arrested
Friday, April 21, 9:17 p.m.
By Kurt Aaron
An area crime fighter is a wanted man. The man who stood on street corners with signs vowing to rid neighborhoods of drug dealers is in jail himself.
Police in Philadelphia said they issued a felony arrest warrant for John Dehart but they didn't know where to find him. With all the recent media attention Dehart's been drawing to himself, police said he made their job easy.
Last Tuesday Dehart stood on Academy Street in Wilkes Barre with a sign. The self-employed contractor pleaded for people to help him get rid of drug dealers. He asked the media to help convey his message.
Now Dehart is in jail on a felony arrest warrant issued by Philadelphia police. A detective there said Dehart is accused of taking money for a contracting job and never doing the work. It's a felony warrant according to police because the amount was over $2,000.
"He was never at work. He was always home. You can't run a contracting business if you're always at home," said John Pugh of Hanover Township.
Neighbors said they're not surprised by the news. They said Dehart has been selling a lot of things from his home recently. They feel he needed money. No one answered the door Friday afternoon.
Ironically, the people Dehart said he was protecting by getting rid of drug dealers are the same ones who are glad he's no longer putting their neighborhood in the spotlight.
"I think it's a good thing. I think he was a hindrance to the crime watch. He has kids and I feel he was endangering them by putting them on the corner which he's had them there," said neighbor Mickey Desiderio.
Dehart is expected to be transported to Philadelphia. His bail is set at $25,000.
