Ft O just needs a couple citizen patrol volunteers to take care of these petty problems maybe let a state patrol person come in for oversite every once in a while it would save the taxpayer money ! The city officers on payroll just ride around harassing people on there way home from work and loitering behind air conditioning businesses!!
