Central Ohio is loaded with holiday-cookie hounds. How else to explain the hundreds of recipes we received in response to a recent call for reader favorites? Along the same lines, we sought nominations for "Central Ohio Cookie Queen " -- an honor that The Dispatch is taking upon itself to bestow.
