Even if there is a clause contrary to these laws in the lease, they will not be upheld in court.

Actually, Sabrina, I do not know any past or present tenants. I just found this and learned all I needed to know about your company just by seeing your behavior. You mock me because you know I'm right and you are oh so very obviously an immature, ignorant, and childish. So much so, it's sickening. Why didn't you just call me a big doody head? Yes, there is a such thing as freedom of speech, but there are also limitations. You cannot give out personal information like that and expect to be deemed a professional, honest, trustworthy company. And, you, miss bitter, should look up the laws for landlord / tenant in Kansas. Because you most certainly are in violation of plenty of them that you spoke of yourself. By the way, you may have a shot at a bright future if you learn to spell and make sense once in a while.
