Jail costs skyrocket

I am curious as to where the money from the jail-bed-contract is? The Commonwealth of Virginia pays for inmates on work release, the inmate pay to be on work release, BUT....I cannot find any record of the money, in audit reports or otherwise. That should pay for the new jail. The costs of inmates at thee jail. The officials of Middlesex are also aware this is an issue.

Is it right to allow this to go unchecked, hidden funds, from audit? It could be millions of dollars, and if it is in account, where is the interest?

Maybe Guy Abbott has the money in his account. Remember when he used the County credit card for his own personal needs!

I think an alternative to jails must be found. It seems jail is not a deterrent enough for criminals, with overcrowded jails and new jails being built all the time to house them.
In my opinion a good alternative to jails is harsh whippings and canings, like is practiced in several asian and african countries. This should preferably be done bare and in public or in front of seated witnesses of both sexes which would be a good deterrant for criminals especially young ones.

Maybe David Harmon or Finney have it in a secret account for retirement, promising to give it to the County Aministrator "when they retire". Like .."the check is in the mail" theory. Hmmmm...

I hope the Virginia State police likes the Ford Epidition David Harmon gave them....in exchange for what ...I am curious.

An alternative to jail?
Is the Jail Board, for the Middle Peninsula Regional Security Center,
Not showing the audit for contract beds from Virginia Department of Correction funding?
It should be asked of them..
to Not mislead,
NOT put tainted water in the Court House,
Follow the bid process correctly,
Not allow it staff to have sex with inmates
But who cares to investigate I ask? If the above is true?

He was given 39 years and hey he needs to be sent to a real prison were he can meet boys I'm sorry MEN. He's taking a large chunk from the tax payers. alternative ...deputy beats up man in sheriff's , lie about but will he now get caught. The man only asked for an attorney.

In the latest of events investigative news now learns that serious allegation(s) are proving true. and factual. We have a report from one person tha he has contacted the fbi and they are seeking indictment(s) against sveral officials in the county of middlesex. More news to follow.

In other news, the Sheriff of Middlesex is be ing investigaed for other crimes, following his removal of a "credit card" abuse. Just how far will, this Sheriff stoop to, to misuse his powers he has sworn tounder law, Va Code 49-1
