Last night I needed to go to the store but really wanted to keep working in my garden as long as I could. I figured since I needed to get cleaned up before I went, it would too late to get to United and so I'd just get what I needed the most at Walmart.
When I was ready I jumped in the car and drove fast as I could and still not go over the speed limit. As I was going down Duncan to the light at 23rd, I saw the car in front of me was going to turn left so I pulled in the right lane. I was watching the light carefully and as soon as it changed I was off and pushing my old car to get up to the speed limit. I was not poking along, but when I looked in my rear mirror there was a car very close to my bumper, and as I pushed to pull ahead to put some room between us the car still stayed right on my bumper. It really frightened me because I thought the nut could easily hit me. By this time I might have been a little over the speed limit so pulling over to the left lane quickly was not something I wanted to do, but I did due to the fear of having a collision with the car on my bumper. The car behind raced past me, and I felt relieved. I slowed down to a little under the speed limit to let that car get some distance ahead of me, but then it slowed down and pulled in front of me steadily slowing down. I thought "who is this nutcase?" But I tried to ignore it, and I pulled back into the right lane briefly as it turned and again breathed a sigh of relief.

As I came to a stop at the parkway I looked left and there low and behold was that car pulling across the parkway as well. As I drove into the parking lot I was keeping an eye for this car and sure enough there it was going to park at the other end, I THOUGHT. But no, it turned towards me at the drive right in front of Walmart and was COMING ON. I saw a parking place to my left that was close to the store and I quickly pulled into the space before the nutcase could get to where I was. I didn't see where that car went but as I was getting out of the car I saw it was two rows down and the people were walking towards the door. And they were looking in my direction and laughing. I checked out the back of their hair styles to see if there was a gang cut as they were clearly Hispanics, but they didn't have the gang sign as I had seen before in another place. Since they got into the store before me, I figured they would have left the front by the time I got there, but no. There they were standing there laughing and talking at the cart area and glancing at me and mumbling.

I could see they weren't going to be gentlemen and move out of the way and I was mad as I walked back further into the cart area and pulled out a cart from there. I planned to just keep going but as I was maneuvering around them it looked like the youngest laughing boy was going to walk in front of my cart. I didn't slow down and I thought "try it fellow and you won't be laughing". I really wanted to stop as ask them if they were the ones who tail-gated me and to give them what for, but I needed to get what I came for and get out.
As I walked back and went down the coke aisle to the milk, I figured that was that. I heard some people talking further up the aisle but I didn't pay any attention, just grabbed the milk and started turning back around towards the coke aisle but guess who was walking straight towards me? The laughing boys. I thought "that's weird, who would have thought these machos would be going to Walmart for milk", but I didn't linger. I headed away from them just eager to get what I needed and get out. As I came out of the coke aisle what to my wondering eyes should appear but the laughing boys. I turned left instead of going in the same direction and went down to the cereal aisle.
Now is when I notice that the store was full of Hispanics and they are eyeballing me. NOT paranoia, FACT. By this time I'm feeling almost like crying, but I keep rolling to get down there and then head over to the other side for cat food traveling nearer the front than my amigo stalkers. But sure enough when I get over to the cat stuff aisle I look right and there they are in the electronics division. I just keep moving and am finally at the front heading for about the only checker there. In front of me checking out is a Hispanic woman and and the end the check out stand is a man, presumably waiting for her to finish. As I am waiting I'm trying to think what to do next and see that customer service appears to still be open. Leaving my cart in place I walk to the left to see if anyone's there, and there is! But as I moved left, the man at the end of the aisle immediately moves in the same direction and when I go back to the right so does he. When I glanced up I saw he was still staring me down dead on.
By this time, my hands are shaking and I am dropping stuff trying to get done and and get to customer service. When I got there I told the woman what happened and to please call the police to escort me out and home. I wasn't taking any chances of them finding out where I lived to continue their stalking. They left the store ahead of me and I got home without incident or having anyone follow.
Pampa is not the way it used to be. We have been invaded with Hispanics from Mexico and they are not happy with whites. So ladies be careful.

next time buy a can of mace and blast them with it .. no one should feel unsafe like that. if the government would crack down on the companys that hire them than maybe they will go back and ruin their own country....

Thanks Longhorn. I need to get some practice with one of our guns, and I don't care what anybody says, if I have to go out I will take it with me. I have heard that bug spray for hornets and wasps is even better than mace. I have a can of that and will take until I can get better prepared. These guys may have just been trying to scare me but if they're gang members they are vicious and no one should take it lightly.
I do hope that something will be done about people giving them work if they have jobs. They may be in the illegal drug business. I think we are right on their route and I think Borger is too. You can spot their cars because they don't look like anything anybody else drives and the windows are darkened. They stand out like a sore thumb in Pampa and Borger.

Thanks for letting me know Pam. I have heard that they come into small towns with the intent of taking them over. Keep your arms cleaned and ready, and remember Texans don't have to ask questions first.

How much courage does it take to harass and stalk an old lady? I'm glad I didn't have a gun in my hand.
