I led over 35 federal employees on a search of that hollow. We used just about every thing we had to do the search. He was not in that hollow in my opinion. That is just my opinion. I have no idea to this day what happened to him. The KSP has had the case 28 years. I have no idea what they have done. After the search of Pine Tree Hollow we checked several dump areas around the county nothing was found. The KSP was the primary investigative organization and still is.

Most of them know who I am. It was a sorry as* investigation to begin with. I was only asked to help search. Period.

Not that I'm aware of. Probably looked a little. It was originally handled I think as a missing persons case not a homicide.

Are we learning anything yet. Most of the family has grown old and probably died.
I doubt the house is even still there. This hollow could qualify for The Hills Have Eyes 10.

I had a missing family member not long ago. Search and rescue came with the dogs from far away. The helicopters came, it was a big ordeal, however, she was found safe less than 18 hours later. We appreciated everyone who joined in the search and helped in any way possible. More people should donate their time to search and rescue efforts.

This whole story is just crazy as is most of the family. I know the mother, brother and sister and none of them are really right in the mind. But that’s no excuse for not finding that child or waiting so long to call. Someone should really get more competent detectives to get the job done. It is still possible to do that. With modern technology almost anything is possible. There has to be someone outside the state that can be contacted to do this.

Carl Hollon went missing in the mid-1970s. He was a old man probably in his 70s. For as I know, they never found him or his remaines.

I am Tommy Szabo's sister and no they did not!! Its been 13yrs since his dissapearance! Not a day goes by that I dont think of him and pray for him to be found! My parents arent the same due to this, and my brother is in and out of the phsyc ward! The police gave up on this case too soon, but we never have!! We have suspisians of what happened to my brother but No ONE would and still wont listen!!!!!!
To them its another case swept under the rug!If the proper investigation was and would have been done we would have answers!!!The system sucks!! I miss and love you Tommy!!!If anyone has any TRUE info about this case we ARE and ALWAYS will be listening!!! No-one can vanish without an explanation!! The answers are out there they just have to be found!!!
