DuPage Prosecutor Was Drunk When Killed In Crash

"Prosecutors" nationwide are a bunch of low key, sinister, low-lifes, who generally escape any type of scrutiny, by "media". No doubt, the dead "prosecutor" had been caught on a previous occasion and escaped arrest and prosecution because of the "frame-them-up" relationship between cops and prosecutors. She didn't die on her first drunken night out on the town.

3:45 p.m on a weekday, nice, just in time to put children at risk trying to get home form a day at school.

Thank goodness the idiot did not kill anyone.

I'm sure the two comments have done the exact same, but fortunately enough for them, they didn't get caught. And NO it isn't hush hush when you work at the SAO, you get pulled over, you get in trouble. So before you start running you mouth, educate yourself. Jane was a wonderful person, and she will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace Jane!

we are all human and make a lot of mistakes in our lives. we don't know what was going on in the personal life of this woman. also if she was out with friends earlier, why didn't they see she was intoxicated? couldn't they have stopped her?

This prosecutor is no doubt a typical government "lush" that had a severe drinking problem that finally cost her life. I'm glad this stupid drunk did not kill any kids coming home from school. Anyone that can function with a alcohol blood leel over .2 is a hardened drunk.

I would guess the rest of those low life government prosecutors had plenty to drink. Birkett is too busy determining which next election that he can lose to pay attention to the scum bags that work in that despicable office.

Stop feeling sorry for that drunk and think about the woman she hit that was seriously injured.

You are correct FedUP. It's pure science that nyone who can stand up with that high level of alcohol in their blood is a hardened alcoholic.

All the focus on this dumb drunk takes away from the fact that she seriously injured another person. All of us in DuPage will now have to fork over millions due to this accident.

Birkett should be arrested on counts of pure stupidity and negligence. He should quit and become a consultant - on how to lose an election.

Is it any wonder that judges hand out weak sentences when they are committing crimes themselves? Who are they going to identify with most, the victims or the criminals?

Jane was a piece of shit for doing what she did and has done in the past. This time she was caught by the grim reaper who does not collude with anyone - unlike the local cops who are also to blame.

To everyone criticizing what happened to this poor lady...what some don't understand is that alcoholism is a disease, maybe she was one and didn't know she was. She held a very high position and just maybe she didn't know how to deal with it if she even knew and more importantly with her position who could she tell if she did know.
For those that are calling her names, that is very sad...she lost her life and left behind 2 children and a husband.
The lady she hit didn't die and should be grateful that she can talk about it.
We lost a lil brother to this disease and he was a wonderful guy who also didn't know...
Also, how many of you that are putting her down can honestly say that in your life you have never got behind the wheel of a car with alcohol or medication in your system.

Court staff and cops have become prostitutes with badges and black gowns. All they want is ur money. They don't care about the people's safety. I heard this from a drunk cop.

This is a woman who prosecuted dui,s for a living spouting out hatred for the accused , and publicly living a lie , im sure her drinking was known by alot of people ,she ruined peoples lives for the money and then as the universe usually does, got even . i dont hate her , but i hate what she has done . She was a mouth piece for the county collection plate , costing people with the same problem thousands of dollars and wrecking families , im glad she is gone ,Fuk her

people who say she was a wonderful woman , are talkin out thier ass , the comments here are about her driving abilty at the time of the accident , not a popularity contest , had the broad lived she hopefully would have lost her job
and been charge with numerous driveing infractions including DUI ,although i doubt if the judge would actually make her pay a cent

so this scum so-called enforcer of the law was drunk i hope they put that on her tombstone....wonder how many this scum had convicted for DUI well i am glad she got what she had coming to her the drunk liked to drive drunk...and her DA friend that let her he should be fired or charged also but they like to cover for their own...just like in the drew peterson case !!!
