When someone else of a "celebrity" status is arrested for DUI there is plenty of publicity that accompanies it, MADD and such groups make sure of that, so where are they now? Or will this be quickly and quietly done away with? Or was the "officer" mistaken about the tests? As has happened in the past. Its about time the higher ups and untouchables were bitten by the same MADD monster they released upon this nation.

Someone test Scalia's alcohol level before he proceeds to his judicial duties. I sure wouldn't want a "tipsy" judge hearing my case. Especially a judge on the supreme court. Come on... you think these judges don't have vices?
