Foiled sex assault gets man 88 years

First of all I would like to say there are a lot of errors on this page. 88 years???? Ridiculous, and secondly there was no evidence that my father left any fingerprints on the doorknob of the tanning salon. I may have testified for my father and yes that girl is close to my age, but what kind of moron would wait if she felt uncomfortable, and let him then use the bathroom to the place if he was a threat to her??? My father was on the phone with my aunts in the back, and phone records prove this. So I doubt he had any thoughts of going back in to that salon. I would not be that stupid to let him linger and would have called 911 at the first encounter with him! All the other evidence found in his car we all knew about, he also had my sisters baby shoes on the rear view mirror hanging, does that mean he is a child molester too???I thought this justice system was supposed to be fair, when murderers and convicted rapists are getting lesser sentences and re-entering the world. Then they go and kill or bury girls alive after they rape them, why doesn’t the system go after them!!! If my father was put away for thoughts, then the whole nation should be put away for having a thought of doing something violent!!! What is this world coming to?

Well i think its kinda ridiculas for a man to get 88 years for making a female feel wierd. Especially since others have killed people in DUI's and not gotten anywhere near that much time. I would like to know more being that what you know Alissa since he is family. I hope things are going well for yall.

You knew about all the other evidence in his car? Are you referring to the condoms, lubricant, ski mask, handcuffs, EIGHT INCH BUTCHER KNIFE,male performance enhancement drugs, and cocaine? You and your family knew about it and never thought anything of it? If I saw anyone in my family have anything like the items mentioned above in their car you can be ASSURED the next phone call I would make would be to the authorities. And you have audacity to call this girl a moron? Can you imagaine what would have happened if your disgusting excuse for a father had not been caught? A girl would have been BRUTUALLY raped and murdered and one more family left in shambles because of a sick disturbed man. That is a FACT!
