Oklahoma Highway Patrol releases report involving trooper ...

I believe the trooper was in his rights this man the he was accused of doing whatever probibly deserved what he got he is a drug dealer and if they would just do alittle investagating they would find this out look at all the vihicles he owns he doesn't have a job come on get a clue watch the traffic come and go and obstucting the law i can bank the farm on that

How do you know all about this Douglas fella? How do you know he doesn't have a job? I don't believe the trooper was within his rights to hit him with a baton especially after his excessive force with the ambulance/medical tech. He obviously has a prior record of violence on the job. I watched that on youtube and read the tentative patrol oficers report on a Fox News site. I hope you are not one of the people who have been scalping Jerry Young for not doing anything. Maybe you want a police force that beats people. Oh yeah, the car that was pulled over, didn't even get a ticket. Wonder why he pulled him over and then just let him go.

and besides i wasnt even in that car, i was at my neighboors house when the troopers pulled in chasing that luke guy... so get ur story straight.....

My brother's past is exactly that. His past. People make mistakes and aren't perfect.Most learn from them and move on with their lives.. Just like Kris has done with his. He done his time for his charge years ago.. He has made his life better and went to school to become a successful law abiding citizen. He is a truck driver and a father of 2. What if his 4 year old daughter was standing there and watched this trooper do this? When he was already at his friends house minding his own business..Luckily his daughter was just picked up by myself.. If he did run his mouth it still doesnt give this trooper the right to use force on an un armed man. This trooper was in the wrong, and sooner or later you people will realize this.. Law Enforcement of any have rules and guidelines they have to follow.. In time this will boil over and you will see... In the meantime stop bringing up his past. Hell half of holdenville and surrounding areas are full of felons.. People like you all are very shallow.
