What about Phillip Wardlow, he used to be an officer and he's about to retire, he might just be the person to get our police station back in order. he would be the fairest person I know.

Oh puhleez, is that all you can think of? One of them had a gun taken away from him in Dustin, another one has already been a dick policeman, another one is a dumbass and one is an undercover piece of pie.
I still favor Jerry Young over all these.

another idea would be computer man. He is a nice guy, as far as I know Tom Brooks) Any one who wants the job should receive it like he wants it for one term..that ends favors and clicks.

Wayne Metcalf, He would be the best for Holdenville 20 years of experience as an officer in LA California before he moved here. He has a working history of gang and drug dealers and we dont need anymore bubba boys on the PD There is a element moving in Holdenville here at this time .And we need someone from the outside world as cheif .This way there will be some fairness and not the family and friend network running things

I personally think Wayne Metcalf would do a great job, if given the opportunity. What about George Massad? Didn't he run before? I know he either ran for Town Marshall or Sheriff. Everyone thinks just because of his children, he wouldn't be good. Either one of these men would be a huge improvement! But who in the world is Jim H to think Dewayne Maylen would be good at anything besides drawing blood and frowning?

It would take someone with a big heart to run. The city pays next to nothing. Most of the firemen and police are on Sooner Care.

You are right about the pay. A true dedicated law enforcement officer is committed to public safety helping others and keeping the community safe. Do any of you know of anyone with these qualifications?? Keep the good ole boys out of the running and put someone in that will strive to keep your city safe with everyone treated equally.

if that is the case then get someone out of town for the next four years who will do the job and not have to worry about family bull shit. they can get in there and when they stop someone for speeding they write them a ticket and make the city revinue so they will stop going up on my damn water bill. what happen to the lake project
