Authorities say Wewoka man stabbed to death by brother, self-defense possible

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a Wewoka man was arrested in the weekend stabbing death of his brother - then released when investigators found support for a claim of self defense.

ALL I HAVE GOT TO SAY IS THAT I WAS THERE WHEN IT HAD HAPPENED , I AM FROM THAT SAME TOWN,IT WAS SORGHUM WEEKEND AND THIS PARTY HAD BEEN PLANNED FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. I DIDNT REALLY SEE THE SRABBING BUT HEARD THE BROTHERS ERWIN, AND BROWNIE ARGUEING AND THE NEXT THING YOU KNOW I TURNED AROUND AND THEN SEEN ERWIN LAYING ON THE GROUND. I JUST STOOD THERE AND WITH IN 5 MINUTES THE AMBULANCE AND THE POLICE WERE THERE. I WASNT THERE PARTYING I WAS JUST THERE TO USE THE PHONE AND I WAS FREAKED OUT ABOUT IT ALL. I HAD OSBI COME TO MY HOUSE AND THEN IT CAUSED A BIG DEAL WITH MY BOYFRIEND WHO GOT FREAKED OUT AND WHO'S FAMILY THOUGHT I WAS TROUBLE. I ENDED UP MOVING OUT ANND WILL PROBABLY NEVER EVER SPEAK TO THAT MAN AGAIN
