Paul doesnt hear voices. Thats a load of crap his dad is using to rationalize his son's violent behavior. The bottom line is that pauls mind is defected, probably since early childhood. There have been horrible people let loose in the world that actually came from good families. Paul is such a person. If he was schizophrenic or something of the sort he would have been diagnosed as such years ago.
WTF, your description of Paul hits the nail on the head even after all these years. I was greatly disturbed by his vast capacity for lies, he even lied about stupid stuff that would have made no difference had he been honest, such as buying me bath soap. I am not kidding when i say this. I spoke to a woman who dated him after i did, she actually apologized for "being rude ro me at the pool". He told her some random lady at the pool was me. And she believed it.

And, because every lie was bigger than the other, you just knew that he was lying, but not the degree of the lie. He should have been tried as an adult, and found guilty of premeditated murder without mental defect and sentencing should have weighed the fact that he was not remorseful, it should have been a life sentence. If this guy doesn't end up in jail for life, some innocent person will be murdered by him.
4) There were no little people in his head. He had a way of dodging consequence when caught. This was his mechanism to achieve that in court. As a result there are many women who have now been assaulted by him and will continue to live in fear.
Victim - I know it was a while ago that you said you still had a thing for him. If you, or any woman, out there is connected to this vile waste of reproductive organic matter, please contact the authorities and let them know his whereabouts. He should be assigned a full-time law enforcement official to follow him around waiting for him to screw up and put his arse in jail for the rest of days.

Are you looking for some justification or just still get kicks out of the fact that people are still talking about you. I actually drove by your old house today, the one on Rural. How odd huh? Maybe tcrenshaw is concerned about others who may be targeted by Bouchard. Or maybe she simply wants to keep up on where he is living so she doesn't come into contact with him again. I would imagine it was frightening to learn he had been released from prison. Maybe it is cathartic to talk about the whole ordeal. Whatever her reason for watching this board, I don't think we are in any position to criticize her. If she does get notifications on her phone, so what?!?! As for the house on Rural, I drive past it at least once or twice each week. It still gives me the chills.

Well MC have you read the court transcripts? I read enough to know she does know about a car being mentioned, and there are letters about her feelings about her step-mom and everyone sure believed he was her boyfriend. If concern and fear were her only motive then why have all of her info so accessible? Anyone that knows how to use google can find her. Lots of businesses in her name with her address and her phone number available on google. MC or TC, hmm! Which ever you call yourself. I am just like anyone else that posts here. Curious about a murderer, but how and why would you keep going over such a traumatic event in your life if you did not somehow like the attention or fear that people still say you are guilty? And why would I tell you who I am, who knows what you are capable of?

Okay, Curious, now you are accusing me and tcrenshaw of being one and the same?! You really need to come to terms with whatever you have against her. I don't know why I am wasting my time explaining this AGAIN since you won't believe me anyway, but I am someone who worked with Paul at McDonald's on Harrison Avenue just a few months before the murder. I remember that time all too well and how stunned I was to discover that a former co-worker committed such a horrific crime. I never knew or even met anyone from the Shattuck family. I have no intention of telling you my name. Just because I came to tcrenshaw's defense is no reason for you to jump to the ridiculous conclusion that I am her pretending to be someone else. Like no one out here could possibly see her side in all this? And yes, I have read the transcripts. I have also read the psychiatrist's report on Paul. If you don't like the fact that tcrenshaw (and I) post our thoughts here, then maybe YOU should be the one to stop monitoring it. At the very least, you need to stop spouting such hatred.

So the only people who can post are the ones who agree with you(and TC)? Kims sister posted and she believes tracy is a part of all this as well and it was her sister that was killed. Maybe she shouldn't post either since she doesn't like tracy. So since you never met her how can you understand her or side with her? If you read the transcripts you would know she is mentioned in a negative way. You didn't mention that though. And the letters she wrote that the police found. And you didn't mention why if she is so afraid why all of her info is available to everyone? And if she had researched it she would know he is in prison and she is safe until 2014. So why hash out all this on a blog then if she was so traumatized. You know what they say about those kind of criminals? They either keep something from the crime or go back to the scene. Guess this is close enough huh? Excitement from it or guilty conscience? She said her self she holds herself responsible? WHY if she didn't know him or have anything to do with it and she was at work WHY would she feel responsible? Answer that!

I stumbled upon this blog while reading about some guy who killed all of his kids because he was pissed at his cheating wife....all Ive got to say is Im glad Im not from Rockford because youre all a bunch of f**king nutcases. After reading all of the posts Im gonna give my two cents and dont give a rats @$$ if anyone likes it, go f**k yourself. I honestly think just from what Ive read here and by her actions in monitoring this blog along with the fact that she keeps throwing up the "Im the stepdaughter" b.s. that tcrenshaw is a attention whore and loves the fact that people are still talking about this $hit years later and her only concern is to see if people think she did it or to see if there is any possibility the $hit is coming back on her. Seems to me a lot of people think she had a hand in it and her being so f**king defensive and again watching this page like a hawk to me screams guilty conscience as Im sure it does for anyone else who has a good head on their shoulders and has no connection to any of you idiots. To me and my law enforcement upbringing (my dad worked for the FBI and my step-dad was the administrator of the Toledo Police Forensic Crime Lab for 20+ years)I am looking at the actions and the way things are being defended and also what is left out of responses when ripping into other bloggers who question her innocence. Certain topics are never mentioned which means they are being avoided, which screams of guilt. As for any safety concerns just 5 minutes of searching on google gave me a residential address 5**3 A*******D Blvd, spouses name, a few different phone numbers, along with a list of other "businesses" supposedly run by tcrenshaw. For being so fearful its pretty f**king easy to find you. As for MCGAL and Curious01, both of you seem to know so f**king much but you both beat around the bush. What have you both got to hide? Why dont you both put up or shut up? Finally, to the victims sister, my heart goes out to you for your family's loss. I hope that someday your family can find peace and know that in the end, things all become square.

To all of you haters that do not know me, you have no right to judge me. Kim and I were close. Yes we had normal stepdaughter/stepmother problems in the beginning but we worked thru them and got really close. The reason I said I feel responsible is only because I was the one who had brought him to the house not thinking that one day he was going to kill her. You do not know behind the scenes and the only reason that I check these posts out is my business. That was a horrible time in my life and there alot of people and family that know me and the pain I went thru. I don't need your crap. You are all just bitches!!!!

Why is everyyone forgetting the fact that someone was brutally murdered for no reason??? The fact that people are trying to justify this sick demonic fool's actions for murdering this innocent woman by putting the blame on others is just insane.
I pray for your souls and that you never had to live through what BOTH families and friends have had to endured over the years because of this psycho.

I'm from Rockford, used to work with Paul, etc. The fact is that I CAN see tcrenshaw's side in this situation for a number of reasons. For some reason, that pisses you off royally. You seem to have such immense hatred for her. You are Hellbent on blaming her for the murder. Even if she didn't like her step-mother, that doesn't mean some psychopath had to kill the woman. For the record, I have stated all I know. And I will not "shut up" if I feel like I have something to say. This forum is here for people to discuss this subject. I don't recall it being restricted to those who want to blame someone else for Bouchard's crime(s).
