If you knew Becky, then you know what I mean.
That you couldn’t really call her proper and pristine.
Cause she would get in your face bout all that was wrong
And tell you God loved you, but your sin didn’t belong.
“Owie, owie, owie” you said walking away.
But you knew she was right, so you stopped and prayed.
Ready for life and prayed-up for war.
Thanks to that warrior: Becky Wilkie-Moore.
She always made time for her friends in need,
Even though she had a hard life to lead.
Married in Love, yet widowed so young.
She raised her two kids, a hero… unsung.
Survivors don’t always do everything right,
But she taught them of Jesus, and for them, she would fight.
For us lucky ones who ever heard that girl sing!
We have a piece of her to which we will cling.
Angelic in its purity, so pleasing to the ear.
Her voice let you know that God must be near.
So sing with the angels Becky and know we miss you so!
You changed us forever, more than you’ll ever know.

I miss you Becky,
Sherrie Renee Muasau
