Yes Marcia should resign for not investagating WVU President Mike Garrison actions involving Heather Bresch eMBA degree. Charges of WV state code 61-5-22 should be brought forward and it is her job to do that. If she takes any longer trying to make up her mind she should resign and let someone else do the job she is not doing.Due to a conflict of intrest. One more reason there is no justice in WV.Prosecutor Marcia Ashdown do your job or resign now!!!

It appears that Prosecutor Ms Marica Ashdown is not doing her job. She may be afraid of Governor Manchin if that is the case we the people should suport her and help her do the right thing .Garrison should be arested for his crime.

Ms Ashdown it is your duty to bring charges in the Bresch-Garrison-Manchin scandal .The facts Ms Bresch needed two years schooling and had not ever paid for the 22 creditd she needed.When she appeared before congress.She said she had an WVU eMBA that was perjury before congress.She then made ten calls in four days.That was ten counts of interstate false swearing she must be held accountable.There is cause to bring charge against Ms Heather Breasch.She must be held accountable.

Mr Mike Garrison having known Ms Bresch most of her life Knew she didn't finish college quiting two years befoe still lacking 22 credits went to work for Mylan Inc.He sent his cheif of staff to pressure everyone to get a degree that done he signed it and put seal on it and had all the proper signatures just any other degree.By doing this and making a false degree and broke the law in Morgantown WV Code 61-5-22 demands charges be brought foward any thing less makes you and an accesory after the fact.

Mr Joe Manchin is guilty of making a deal with Mike by giving him a job which he was not qualified for by giving Ms Bresch a degree she was not quaiified and by this action allowing Joe to try to run the unitveristy which he was not qualified for and then ran it into the mess it is in today. Mr Joe Manchin should be held accountable for his actions for knowingly having a false record made for his daughter Heather Bresch.Mrs Ashdown Please file charges today.

It appears Mrs Ashdown is off the hook for the time being the ethics commission will lay the ground work for crimical actions.Lets just say this was long over due.Thank you Delegare Jonathan Miller Berckley county yor help is greatly appreciated.
