Just make sure that foresics checks the size of Jim's hand against the bruise on Ann's ribs (if one exists).

I am so sorry for your loss.
I met Ann several times through mutual friends. These friends of mine really loved your father. I am struck by the Deputy Sheriff. He was present as "a witness" to collaborate Ann's account of what happened. It it evident she wanted to kill Jim. After shooting the .38 revolver I would think it would be enough. She should or could have "snapped out of it" if THAT story is true. But to continue with her rage and grab a .45 and shoot him again seems out of character and a bit transparent. Once again I am so sorry for your loss. You all sound so well-educated. You each deserve to have some peace. Each of you sound resilient and like fine individuals. Your Dad has to be proud of you. I like how you stand up for your Mother. |

Have to agree with afriend from San Antonio. Check those bruises. I also find it convenient that the deputy sheriff was momentarily "dazed."

I met Jim in early 1961 at UT. We were very close friends, met Liz before Cheryl was born, was at the Bonhomme home the day Greg drowned. I went with Jim to meet Tedde and the lady she was born to in his white Ford pickup, he RAN A RED LIGHT on the way, he was so shook!
I know probably more than any of you, took the wedding pictures in 1983 I believe at the Bonhomme house of Jim and Ann's wedding, after he made her sign a pre-nupital agreement. He had been trying to fix me up with her, a divorce client. I wasn't very interested. I saw both of theme a bunch until they moved to Colorado. |

We have been led to believe our country houses laws to protect all people as shared by the Constitution. Not only would it be shameful but very embarrassing if the state of Colorado did not
continue the process of trying Ann for the death of Jim. Ann's words of being the last one standing has been stated many times in the presence of many different people. Planning to take what Jim's assets have been in her plan for many years. Distancing him from him family has been in her plan for just as long. Ann has always wanted the attention no matter the local. Ann now has center stage. How does it feel? I wonder if there is loneliness, anyone to spend time with, have dinner with and just to talk with. Surely, the laws of Colorado will not embarrass the people by allowing a person to take anothers life for monetary gain. This was nothing but premeditated murder. |
